RRB NTPC Result 2020: the Process to calculate the scores
For right answers, applicants are given one mark
and incorrect answer, 0.25 marks are minus
Candidates for various stages will be finalist based on the normalized marks got by them in CBT. The normalization procedure is followed since the CBT is conducted in multiple sessions. The normalization is done for first stage CBT, second stage CBT and CBAT. This procedure is done to adjust the difficulty level of the question papers across various sessions. Presently , RRBs had revised the normalization procedure. The marks receive in the exam will be calculated on the basis of an average score of the top one percent of the applicants considering all shifts. The marks will be calculated up to 5 decimal places.
Stages of RRB NTPC Result year 2021
RRB NTPC CBT 1 Result
The CBT 1 is certified in a nature. This step include three sections, General Awareness, Mathematics and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The total marks of the exam is 100. The normalized score of the CBT 1 is used to finalist applicants for CBT 2 as per their merit.

RRB NTPC CBT 2 Result
Applicants 20 times the number of category-wise blankness are selected for this stage based on the presentation in 1st step . RRB NTPC CBAT Result
Applicants eight times the number of blankness of Station Master /Traffic Assistant for every of the communities i.e. UR, OBC-NCL, SC, ST and EWS will be finalist for this stage based on the presentation in CBT 2. The test include various test batteries and applicant need to qualify in each test battery. Candidates require to get a least score of 42 marks in each test battery to qualify. The minimum qualifying marks are applicable ignoring of applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen. For the posts of the Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist, Senior Time Keeper, Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist and Junior Time Keeper, Typing Skill Exam is conducted. This step is qualifying in nature and marks obtain in this test are not added for preparing the merit list. RRB NTPC Result for Document Verification
On the basis of the presentation in CBT 2 only and presentation in both CBT 2 and CBAT/TST , applicants equal to the number of vacancies are called for document verification. In addition, applicants equal to 50% of the number of vacancies for various posts are called for document verification. Appointment of the applicants is subjected to clearing the Medical Fitness Test.
RRB NTPC Final Result
RRB NTPC final result is declared based on the presentation in CBT 1, CBT 2, CBAT and/or Typing Skill Test and/or Aptitude Test . Candidates are also require to qualify the document verification process and medical test.
