NATIONAL--- MEANS — CUM — MERIT SCHOLARSHIP(NMMS) The National Means — cum- Merit Scholarship Examination (NMMS) is a managed each year by Science Branch of Directorate of Education ( SBDE ) , Delhi generally in the month of November for the students learning in class 8 of Govt./Aided schools.
NMMS – Acceptable limitations
The applicants who wish to request for this MCM scholarship must be regular students learning in class 9 after obtaining clear promotion from class 8 with a score of at least 55% or equal grades.
The applicants must be chasing academic from Government/Local Body/Government-aided schools.
What is the full form of NMMS? - Quota. NMMS means National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme, Provisions: To award scholarships to admirable students of economically weaker sections to arrest their drop out at class 8 and motivate them to continue the study at a secondary stage.
